Macquarie University Intellectual Property Policy
In 2006 University Council approved a new Interim Intellectual Property Policy. This Policy was placed on this website for an 8 week period with an invitation for comment by the University community and the staff union (NTEU). Comments received were then considered by the University Intellectual Property and Commercialisation Committee (IPCC). Concurrently, the Committee had commissioned the law firm Minter Ellison to review the Interim Policy. The result is the Final Policy - available below. This Policy was approved by University Council at its meeting of 20 October 2006.
