Research Study Placement Opportunities
International research students enrolled outside of Australia and interested in undertaking short-term research projects at Macquarie have two options. Firstly it is possible to enrol in a Study Placement Unit through Macquarie International. The study placement is organized by the visiting student/home university directly with the academic department. Enrolment in the unit ensures that the visiting students are covered under university insurance policies, student visa conditions medical insurance and it allows library access. The second option is to contact the proposed Macquarie staff member who will supervise the work experience and seek assistance in making the appropriate arrangements for the visit.
