Composition of the Annual Progress Report

  1. APR Cover Page (example only)
    Candidates download the APR Cover Page from eStudent. The APR Cover Page includes candidate’s personal details, candidature and enrolment information as well as a section for the Dean of Division to make the recommendation of candidate’s progress. This Cover Page must be attached to the APR form at all times.

  2. APR form (complete form) – Part 1
    Candidates must complete this section of the APR form, attach the APR Cover Page and forward to the Division.

  3. APR form (complete form) – Part 2
    Supervisor must complete this section of the APR form, attach the APR Cover Page and forward to the Divisional Research Administrator.
