Enrolment
Higher Degree Research students enrol once at the beginning of their candidature and candidature is continuous from the nominated commencement date. Continuing research students do not need to complete enrolment formalities in the program each year unless they are enrolling in units additional to their research unit (see Part B, Enrolment in Additional Units). Enrolment information is forwarded to continuing candidates late in the year for the following year. If this has not been received by the beginning of January candidates should contact the Higher Degree Research Office.
Higher Degree Research enrolments are processed on students’ preferred commencement date on a rolling basis after offers of admission are made. Provision is made for students to enrol by mail.
